We would like to know how we can improve our service to you, and welcome any comments or suggestions. We have a PPG (patient participation group) and we welcome you to participate in this.
We have a cross-section of patients from our surgeries that are involved. We can communicate with you either by email or post. There is regular communication sent to you for comments and feedback. However, we warmly welcome comments from anyone at anytime, if you are a member of our patient participation group or not.
There are a number of ways you can tell us what you think:

Join our Patient Participation Group
All registered patients are able to join our Patient Participation Group. People of all genders, ages, ethnicities, and those with health conditions and disabilities are encouraged to join.
Members should as far as possible, be representative of the surgery population.
