Men’s Mindfulness

Everyone’s mental health matters – which is why it’s great to be able to share some info about UK charity, The Mindfulness Network’s: Mindfulness Group for Men (MGM).

The online men’s group meets once a month online, and is an hour long session to practice mindfulness and help guys of all previous experience to be present, reduce stress and lower blood pressure.

Mindfulness is a great way to do something good for your emotional and physical health – so why not give it a try! It’s run by experienced volunteers and is free to attend; and it might just be the thing to give you a little boost – who knows how it might help you!?
