If you are on repeat medications, you can request your medication in the following ways:

• Order online
• Tick the medication(s) you require only, from the list attached to the prescription form –then post it or bring it in to the surgery

Prescriptions will be available in 5 working days excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Dispensary

We have permission to dispense to patients living in certain villages and therefore, have a dispenser on the premises during normal surgery hours.
She is responsible for organising all repeat prescriptions as well as running the dispensary which is open between 08:30 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 17:00 except Wednesday afternoons when we are closed from 13:00.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
